About the Business

The Brokerage Connection is an established brand with extensive systems in place that enable a Master Franchisor to build a team of professional franchisee partners. Our unique franchise model provides franchisee partners with resources to build a presence in the market for all or either of our services as a Buyer's Agent, Business Brokers and referrer for finance deals.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

To acquire a 50% shareholding for the profitable NSW territory, working with the founding Managing Director, with a view to taking over the day-to-day operations. Benefit from established end-to-end support in all key business areas including marketing, administration and essential collateral as you build the team. Huge potential to build a large income from commission share, fees and minimal costs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Business and marketing experience with the ability to build and mentor a franchise team to grow sales and profits for all. Experience as a Buyer's Agent or Business Broker with a class 2 real estate license for NSW.
Ability to work in a partnership with the current owner
Support and work towards a National Brand with Master Franchisors in other states
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion and energy for what you do is a must
People focused on a consultative selling approach that puts the client first
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Exceptional personal presentation
Well-organised and punctual
Eye for detail
